ON1 gives excellent results, and is VERY fast. You could also try ON1 PhotoRaw, which I have and use to process photos taken with my smartphone, which are not supported by DxO. Adjusting color needs a little work at the beginning, but after a few minutes playing with the settings, you can save them in the default preset (or use different presets if you wish).
